Business verification
Open the link https://developers.facebook.com/apps/ and select your application. Then go to App Review and select Permissions and Features. Request the Business Asset User Profile Access permission by clicking the Request advanced access button.

After selection, click Continue request

Then click the Next button

Click Go to app settings

Select an Icon for your App and choose Messenger bots for business in the App category. After this, click the Next button.

Click the Get Started button

In the first text box, enter "Our application is an AI-powered customer service chatbot for Facebook Messenger. We need to retrieve customer first names and last names (using Page-Scoped IDs) to:
Personalize AI bot responses - Address customers by their name in conversations for better user experience (e.g., "Hello John, how can I help you today?"),
Display customer information in our support dashboard - Our customer service agents need to see who they're talking to when managing conversations,
Store customer profiles - We maintain customer conversation history with their names for context and better service,
The data flow is:
Customer sends a message via Messenger
We receive a webhook with PSID,
We call Graph API /{PSID}?fields=first_name,last_name to get customer name,
We display the name in our dashboard and use it in AI responses,
We store it in our database for conversation continuity,

This enhances user experience by making conversations more personal and helps our support team provide better service."

Then select No, also choose the country and then select No again.

After this, select Data minimization policy—the ability to disclose the minimum information necessary and click the Next button.

Click Go to settings

. Click + Add platforms.

Click Website

In Site URL, specify https://app.simpler.ge and click Add or update instructions.

In the first text box, enter "You can find our app on "app.simpler.ge", and in the second box enter "You can find documentation of our app on the following link: https://www.simpler.ge/documentation" and click the Save button.

Click Save changes and then click Requests.

. Click Next.

Click the Go to reviewer instructions button.

. Click the Next button.

. Click Submit to review

. Then agree to the terms and click the Submit button.
