Active sessions page
Active sessions page shows all conversations that have been taken over by the agents. The table displays user information, including their name, channel type, the status of the last message, company assignment, time since the last interaction, the number of unread messages, and the current status with action buttons. You can filter based on the platform using the dropdown list at the top and search for specific users through the search field. This page helps operators keep track of which conversations have been requested and are actively being managed by them or their colleagues.
