Waiting for requests page
Users in Waiting page displays all the conversations where the AI bot has determined that human intervention is necessary. When the bot decides that a conversation needs human assistance, it creates a takeover request, which appears on this page. The page shows a table with user information, including their name, user ID, platform source... . The filtering options at the top allow you to sort by status, platform, and waiting state, and there is also a search function to find specific users. To process a pending request, the human operator must assign the conversation to themselves by clicking the take over button, which transfers the chat responsibility from the bot to a specific operator. The view button allows you to review the conversation before assigning it to yourself.
