Mining Page

Memory page provides management of documents for your AI bot's knowledge base. You can upload files using the button available at the top. Text documents up to 10MB are supported. All uploaded documents will appear in a list, showing the file name, size, number of chunks, file type, upload date, and which channels currently have access to this document. Each document has icons indicating whether it is enabled for Facebook, Messenger, or WebChat, as well as options for previewing or deleting the file. These documents become part of the RAG system that your AI uses to respond to customer inquiries across all channels.
