Simpler collects and processes conversation data, user queries, and system interactions necessary for providing AI-powered customer communication services. All data is stored in secure MongoDB databases with encryption at rest and in transit.
Data Usage
Collected data is used exclusively for delivering automated responses, executing authorized system actions, improving service quality, and maintaining conversation history. We process data only as instructed by client organizations and do not use client data for training our AI models without explicit permission.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, secure API authentication, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. All data transmission occurs through SSL/TLS protocols, and system access requires multi-factor authentication.
Data Retention
Conversation data and system logs are retained according to client agreements and regulatory requirements. Clients maintain full control over their data retention policies and can request data deletion at any time through their administrative dashboard.
